I like to hide my antenna inside the plane. I just like
the looks, and it is much more protected inside the plane.
I use drinking straws, or left over nyrod housings glued
to the inside of the plane and run the antenna wire through
the tubes.
I have used this method on all sizes of airplanes with
great success. Try it, you'll like it!!
